Performance management

Inspire your team’s personal and bussines growth

The problem is diverse employees are increasing, causing misunderstandings and low productivity under traditional Japanese male managers. Non-Japanese, women and younger Japanese are
often not motivated by top down style commands, and prefer to use their ideas, ask questions or discuss.

Learn coaching-style management skill to improve communication,
motivation and performance.

In today’s seminar, I learned useful ways to exchange positive words. Especially “growth mindset” concept and using coaching to develop growth thinking was very impactful for me.

Regional Sales Manager, Real estate support company

I felt the importance of coaching positively, and helping my team to grow their motivation. It was great to learn how to lead positively by asking questions instead of giving orders.

R&D Manager, System Integration Company

Because I learned English phrases for different situations I felt today’s training will be very useful in my workplace. Although I had a rough understanding of intercultural communication I never realized how big the gaps can be. Also I like the idea of using questions, instead of my current negative “yes but” style.
