Beginners – How to Learn C20
English & Role-plays Naiteisha Pre-freshmen Training
Build motivation of new English learners and build confidence and keep naiteisha motivated to join and stay with our company
The problem is that naitaesha sometimes quit before starting at a company because they think they found a better company for them. Also, we lose time if they start work with zero English communication skill.
Have naiteisha join a seminar a few months before starting work – to befriend each other, love the company and be motivated to learn business English.
I will study English more effective reading books, watching DVD and shadowing. Thank you again for your excellent seminar.
Thank you very much for the seminar, which gave me a great opportunity to take a step forward to continue studying business English.
I can hear your clear ENGLISH and understand meanings of your talk. I can understand the point of global communication and the way of keeping motivation.
That’s very simple but very important, I think.
The Purpose of this workshop:
■ Get future employees motivated to study English so they can find their best ways to self study, and they don’t drop out before starting work.
Who is it for?
■ Low-mid English level naitesha freshmen, who may lack confidence or motivation – three months before starting, and again in starting month.
How will participants benefit?
■ Enjoy using English and realize they just need an English personality and communicate
■ Make friends in the English seminar, talking about ideas and interests – so starting work later is more enjoyable.
■ Make an English study commitment and plan – do assignments between seminars
■ Split a regular training program for new hires into to two halves: January (before starting work ) and April (after starting work) with some assignments in the period between them. Use training programs such as C21: “How to Learn English & Role-plays – Freshmen Training” in session 1, then C1: “Global English Mindset” in session 2.
■ Prepare role plays for global communication opportunities that may exist for freshmen, customized for your company. For example, answering the phone, guiding visitors, explaining products, joining global meetings.
■ Understand English personality, and practice some basic communication skills
■ Do controlled activities which benefit all levels of English speaker, with self-contained vocabulary and communication patterns.
■ Activities have many chances to share personal information or interesting ideas – so that participants enjoy making friends, and feel they fit in, its an enjoyable company, and that global business will be fun.
■ In just a few hours, learn to enjoy speaking and understanding simple English – whilst appreciating cultural differences
■ Start by creating own clear positive goals; finish with a study plan
■ Learn hints for English speed learning, and useful situation roleplay vocabulary
